From inside Intake
Signed in? Use the feedback button in the corner of any dashboard page. It comes straight to us and tells us which page you were on.
Using Intake from ChatGPT or Claude
Intake connects to AI assistants at https://dointake.com/mcp. You sign in to Intake and approve the connection; the assistant can then work in the workspace you picked.

- Sending is always your call. New requests start as drafts. Sending one emails your client, so the assistant asks you to confirm first.
- Sensitive answers are masked. Form answers marked sensitive (such as SSN, passport or account numbers) show only their last 4 characters in an assistant. You see the full answer in your dashboard.
- Payments stay in the dashboard. Adding or refunding client payments isn't available through AI assistants.
- Disconnecting: remove Intake from the assistant's apps or connectors settings. That revokes its access right away.
