A deal groups everything for a single loan — borrower, co-borrower, escrow, title, and more. Each party gets their own portal link scoped to only their requests. Start from a deal template or build from scratch. Deals are optional — standalone requests still work exactly as before.

What happens when a borrower uploads an unexpected document?

No problem. When our AI classifies a document that wasn't on the original checklist, you can create a new checklist item right from the upload — keeping everything tracked in one place. The full loan file history stays in your checklist.

Can I preview documents without downloading them?

Yes! PDFs and images open in a slide-over panel right in your browser — on the dashboard and in the client portal. No more downloading every file to check it. Non-previewable files (ZIP, DOCX) still download normally.

Do requests auto-close when all documents are uploaded?

No — you control when requests close. When all items are received, you'll see a banner, but the request stays open until you click Mark Complete. Need more docs after closing? Hit Reopen and the request is back in progress. Built for post-closing and audit workflows.
