Intake LLC uses the third-party providers below to operate the Service. Each one is listed with what it does and where it processes data. All customer data is stored and processed in the United States.

Artificial intelligence
Google's Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform (formerly Vertex AI) is the only model provider Intake sends customer documents to. It is used to classify uploaded documents against the items a customer requested. Under Google Cloud's terms, customer data sent to it is not used to train Google's models and is not retained after the request is served.
Intake does not use customer documents or form responses to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine learning model, and does not send customer data to any other AI provider.
Changes to this list
Before a new subprocessor begins processing customer data, we update this page and record the change below. Customers with a data protection or confidentiality addendum that requires advance notice receive it directly by email.
